Job Description
MSMEs contribute significantly to India’s total GDP. 90% of India’s ~$1 Trillion Retail Market is controlled by MSMEs, meaning ~$900B worth of commerce flows through ~60M small businesses across the country.
Khatabook empowers MSMEs by helping them increase their income. Our product brings efficiency in MSME operations by offering simple tools for managing receivables, inventory, and billing — promoting transparency in cash flow.
We’ve also introduced short-term capital loans for users with good credit behavior. With 100M+ downloads and over 8M+ monthly active users adding 220M+ transactions worth $18 Billion, our impact is measurable.

Job Responsibilities
- Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisors from several departments.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes.
- Performing research at a supervisor’s request.
- Updating social media platforms and writing copy for posts.
- Creating images for social media posts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good knowledge of SQL, logical reasoning, and problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and strong attention to detail.
- Minimum qualification: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (freshers and interns may also apply).
- Basic software knowledge and skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
