Job Description
This role involves invoice processing and applying analytical insights to enhance business operations. The analyst will collaborate across departments to identify data trends, validate sources, and generate strategic insights for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze raw data for trends, anomalies, and patterns.
- Develop data-driven strategies to boost performance and reduce costs.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to implement solutions.
- Create impactful reports and presentations for decision-making.
- Maintain data integrity and security through strict processes.
Requirements
- Process invoices, expense reports in line with company policy.
- Typing speed of 60 WPM with 95%+ accuracy preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry tools and MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Qualification & Skillsets
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Accounting.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible with shifts and good communication abilities.
