Job Description
This position is to provide technical support to customers using Infor Hospitality products. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues while ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions in compliance with the SLAs and SOPs of the Infor Support team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- 65% - Provides initial direct telephone and remote support to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues or escalate to appropriate teams.
- Document customer interactions on Infor’s Support Portal.
- 30% - Handle customer inquiries, support cases, and guide users via phone, email, and chat.
- Work with Sales, Services, and Development teams to pass requests.
Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Engineering (any stream), Computer Science, BCA, B.Sc, or related fields.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- BHM graduates with front office/property management experience.
- Candidates with Software/IT or Hospitality backgrounds preferred.
- SQL and database knowledge is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Customer-focused with attention to detail.
- Adaptable and collaborative team player.
- Typing speed of 30-40 WPM; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
